DSK company has an opportunity to make the tests of carpeting and noise insulation goods (manufactured products and designed ones) and we are ready to provide you with the service in making the tests.

At the stages of new product research and development there is always a necessity of making the tests. So, at the carpeting and insulation goods development stage it is necessary to make tests where the following characteristics should be determined:

  • the acoustic absorption coefficient
  • burning rate of the material
  • the abrasion and snagging resistance of the material
  • sound insulation capability
  • breaking loads and adhesions between layers of the material
  • material performance in various environmental conditions (thermostability, thermal cycles, rotting, smell)

To meet all quality requirements for manufacturing products it is necessary to make sampling tests that allow us to detect the deviations from defined characteristics of the product and technology process.

Nowadays DSK company has a possibility to make such tests in testing laboratory for carpeting and insulation goods which is certified in Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology, using existing testing equipment.

Existent standardized testing methods provide a clear estimating scale and allow us to achieve a unified view of the technical data. Thus, any subjective estimates are excluded entirely.

Alpa-cabin

To determine the acoustic absorption coefficient, the area of the equivalent material acoustic absorption

To determine burning rate of the material

To define the abrasion and snagging resistance of the material
